The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area, making sure we had all the information we needed for our travels. The hostel is quiet and relaxing, with a small balcony and board game area. The attention to small details, like providing tea and coffee, really made a difference. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay at Mt Fuji Hostel Michael's. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the famous chureito pagoda. The room I stayed in was very comfortable and warm, with the ability to control the temperature. I appreciated all the leaflets and literature provided for exploring the area and hiking Mt. Fuji. Although I only stayed for one night, I would definitely come back for a longer stay. I highly recommend this hostel for its comfort, location, and amenities.

Nothing, no complaints at all.

I chose Mt Fuji Hostel Michael's because I wanted to visit Chureito Pagoda, and the location was perfect for that. Not only that, but the housekeeping services, including a linen change upon request, were a pleasant surprise. The cleanliness of the hostel was excellent, and I appreciated the attention to detail.

The futons were kind of saggy, and they made my back sore. Nevertheless, overall, my experience at Mt Fuji Hostel Michael's was great.

Conveniently located near Churieto Pagoda, a 30-minute leisure walk away. Helpful staff arranged a taxi and spoke fluent English. Close to Gekkoji station, a 10-minute walk. Clean rooms and sanitary facilities. Good value for money.

I recently stayed at Mt Fuji Hostel Michael'S for a few days while exploring the beautiful area of Fuji. The owners were truly amazing, going above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. They even picked me up from the station! The hostel itself was clean and cozy, with comfortable beds and curtains for privacy. The facilities were well-maintained, with clean toilets and warm water for showers. I also appreciated the microwave and hot water for coffee and tea in the morning. Another bonus was the American bar downstairs owned by the same people. The burgers and fries were delicious, perfect for hungry travelers like myself. The location was convenient, close to the station and with easy access to Lake Kawaguchiko and Chureito Pagoda. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely choose Mt Fuji Hostel Michael'S again if I return to Fuji.
